Signature Fix

New update. Increased detection coefficient for all UAVs (radar target size). Maximum speed is now 200 and 500 km/h for the jet model. All UAVs now have a destruction model. UAVs now have a 5% chance of exploding in the air when shot down and a 95% chance of falling on your head when shot down.
