Repurpoused mods and new stuff ticks into ocean and character scpecific, would like to hear feedback on redundance/usefulness of the latter

FINALLY sorted all of the new stuff into existing ticks, so that they would all be huddled up in a single one. Feedback on the "balance" of new items' resident ticks would be welcome

Getting an item messages now say their real name instead of the code one

Seed announcement works properly now

Fully fixed missing texture glitch, but had to remove: stone fruit, boat pump, shell bells, bundle of thanks and wonkey trinkets from the pool for the time being

Also, "slurper hat" is now in the pool
