Arc Reactors Mod Pack Update Notes(Update: August 8/3/2017): Block Addition Update

=>Added a PCU value of 25 to the New X50 Arc Reactor.

=>Added a Small/Large Ship X50 Arc Reactor.

=>Rebalanced the X100 for both Small/Large Ships to balance well with the new X50.( Complete re-balance of components coming in the future for the next update)

=>Fixed a discrepancy between the X20 Seperate Edition and the X20 in the Arc Reactors Pack.

The component costs from the Arc Reactor Pack should now match the X20 Seperate Edition Mod Pack.
