=>Fixed the construction model for the Arc Reactors for Small ships was super gigantic once you grinded it down to a construction state of building.

=>Fixed the Small Ship Arc Reactor's conveyor access door wasn't accessible at all.(Still working on this.)

=>Fixed the Small Ship Arc Reactor's conveyor system wasn't drawing items automatically and moved the conveyor dummies out a tiny bit more for a better more reliable conveyor tube connection.

^^As soon as I connected the Arc Reactor to the cargo container it started auto-taking the uranium ingots on it's own.^^

=>Small Ship Arc Reactors now have their conveyor dummy points fixed and are now once again fullly functional.

=>Gave the Arc Reactor custom textures to avoid them breaking in the near future by Keen.

=>Steel Plates coding is now drawn from the games own Data and not a custom one.
