Reduced environment damage of bullets.
Armor piercing ammo deals more damage to environment.
Armor piercing ammo ignores cover damage reduction of target. (like Exposed effect, but it's not shared for all mercs)
Tracers now apply "Marked" effect instead of "Exposed".

Disarming explosives now gives back the explosive.
Landmines can be picked up.
Added new Pipe Bomb variants: Remote, Proximity.
Combine with detonators to craft them. Can be disassembled with wirecutter.

Slightly increased damage of TNT.
Slightly lowered damage of PETN.
Increased damage of C4.
Shaped charge damage focused closer to blast origin.
Increase fire aoe range.

Slightly lowered Fragmentation Rocket area damage.
Reduced HEAT Rocket central area, damage is more focused in center.

Changed Bobby Ray's delivery pricing.

Revised Tool Condition loss mechanic.
Tools now have much higher default condition loss, which is reduced by mechanical skill. A merc with 100 mechanical skill will reduce tool use condition loss by 80%.
Increased lockpicking mechanical requirement.
Increased crowbar strength requirement.

Added scrapping to knives and machetes.
Fixed MP5K missing stock cap.
Fixed wirecutter missing model.
