decisive strike now properly spawns in CW boss battle

Bugfixes: Equipment can be combined again, Party now fully healed after TFK battle

1. Despair Mode: Godo boss fight changed so that you only get 1 Decisive strike, but Godo spawn turn is delayed from 4->8 and black fog is extended from 8->11.
2. Forging Legendary + Legendary equip results in a selection of 3 rare enchants for each equip.
3. Robust Curse banned in Misty Garden 1

Added Localization for description changes (Thank you surprise4u~)

Fixed so that when Sir Dorchi dies, the game properly shuffles back dead party members' skills into the deck

TFk Bugfixes: Fixed issue where characters' skills won't load in TFK battle start. Now fully revives + heals party after TFK battle end, and properly drops his rewards.
