Executioner reintroduced to boss curses.

Executioner Curse Bans: Golem, Sir Dorchi, Parade Tank, Duelist Godo, Time Eater, Pharos Leader, TFK, Azar, Program Master

Boss AI changes

Joker: Summons balloon once there are 3 or more enemies on the field.
Parade Tank (marauding): No longer kabooms every turn
TFK: Third phase actions pulled to player phase except the last one
Witch: 1 Dark Spark action pulled to the front
Reaper: Summons 1 minion max and attacks otherwise. (Trying to pull the attacks to player phase but needs more work)

Despair Mode Blood Mist 4 TFK: drops 1 Herb on battle start. Use it wisely!

1. Improved custom clear border for expertplus.
2. Despair Mode + Cursed Bosses extends all bosses' black fog by 3 turns.
3. In Despair Mode, Sir Dorchi always spawns first.
4. Forging Legendary + Legendary now shows you 3 different enchants instead of potentially the same enchant.

Added purple clear border for ExpertPlus (possibly will be improved later). Despair Mode + Cursed Bosses now gives free transfer scroll
