Added support for Backpack Crafting Enhanced:

+ Made all animal backpacks added by UWE Craftable by tiers, while reducing size and availability of the special thieves (and crab) backpacks.
+ All dogs and goat goats can use the special thieves backpacks, while crabs can use the special leather backpack.
+ Made the colored backpacks available to craft.

Fixed The Crones and Dust King's icons

The Armoured Direwolf:
+ All added Dogs can use Dog Armour.
+ Removed the Canine Backpack and research from The Armoured Direwolf. UWE already have the Bonedog Backpack.
+ Removed all Ronin Weapons, Research and Reference from The Armoured Direwolf to avoid duplicate entries. UWE already add them.
+ Replaced Seth and Zenith Ronin weapons with the ones from UWE.

Dread Gear:
+ Whenever you use coats from "Dread's Gear", pants would use the slimmed down meshes already used on "Universal Wasteland Expansion" if available.

Marauder Dustcoat:
+ Whenever you use coats from "Marauder Dustcoat ", pants would use the slimmed down meshes already used on "Universal Wasteland Expansion" if available.

+ Merged all Bridge Research at UWE's. Tweaked construction cost and names. Modified Research cost to reflect the merge.
