Gonna tweak Mongrel a bit more

Tweaked a bit Mongrel Guards attire to survive better the Fog Islands.

Updated for the new bonedog pouches. Bonecats can use all the Bonedog Combat Backpack/Pouches too.

Added animations to both Lepers races

+ Added support for Lepers (New Robotic Limbs) and Mogwai Hive Overhaul.
+ All greenlander exclusive hats can be used by lepers and all hive workers, hive princes, cannibals and sheks subraces.
+ All greenlander exclusive shirts can be used by lepers and cannibal subraces.

+ Removed unnecessary armor exclusions.
