+ Moved all the small (belt item) hats and masks blueprints to where their regular counterparts are. So they can be obtained the same way.
+ Compressed the two hats tech in one. Now that tech only unlocks ‘Ancient Samurai Helmet (belt slot)’ and ‘Skeleton Mask (belt slot)’. Hats that can’t be obtained other way.

+ Added Fog Drone Head and Fog Soldier Head to Mongrel's Trade culture. Now hey get the same bonus as the Fog Prince Head
+ Mongrel's Armor Vendor now sell Fog Mask, Helmet and Half Gas Masks and their Blueprints. Duplicated available items at sale so there's more variety.

Edit to differentiate the Fog King from Bounties Galore from the UWE’s. Bounties Galore’s is now Fog King (?); while UWE’s the True Fog King.

+ Added support for Ashigaru Armour. Removed them for all character except Samurai Police.
+ Added support for Nomad Cape. Removed the RAIN protection, since it does nothing.

More updates to Shinobie Thieves to have more items at sale

+ Duplicate avaliable items for sale at Thieves Guild Towers.

+ For balance purporses, Hive Soldiers and Praetorians can't use regular Hive Helmets anymore. That should fix several clipping issues too.

+ Ghoul Teeth can be stored at any teeth container.
+ Grievewraith Horns and Horn of the Megaraptor can be stored at any horn container.
+ Claw of the Matriarch and Great White Claw can be stored at any claw container.

All Gas Masks now gives 100% gas protection properly. (Some used to give only 70%)
