Increased King's inventory size

Removed 'Frontline High Paladin' (Ghastly Deadlands) so the 'Inquisitor Tarlan' (Kaizo) can properly spawn.

Equipped 'Half Gas Mask (alt) (belt slot)' (UWE) to 'Inquisitor Tarlan' so he doesn't die there

Removed support to 3 misc no longer available copy races

'OMO'S ARMOUR for the World' is no longer a hard requirement

Removed support to some followers mods. Seems like a patch can only modify so many mods before it starts to send false error warnings.

Getting rip of some error. The missing mod warning error may still persist

Reverted changes done to several armor entries sice they're already taken care at other mods.

Sanity check

Survival Shelter Changes:
+ SS I: Sleeps 1. x8 healing
+ SS II: Sleeps 2. x8 healing
+ SS III: Sleeps 2. x8 healing

That way is not replaced completely by Cots or primitive buildings.

+ Execute items added to Thralls (Bounties Galore)
+ Death items and dialogue package added to all gurglers that didn't have one.
+ Death items and dialogue package added to all ´fogmen that didn't have one.
+ Death items and dialogue package added to all skeleton no-head/thrall that didn't have one.
