fixed an issue that poisoners' crossbow can be picked up by players

Important Update:
Add new enemy skills from CUSDE: Mortar Recon and Invisible Sniper
Add new enemy: Combine Elite Mortar Soldier
Add gas grenade to pyros
Add Mortar Striker to Elite Overseer to make it more deadly (Although it will launch mortar in slow rate of fire)
Add Invisible Skill to Elite Sniper to make them more deadly
Change front name from CUP to CUPE
