fixed few things.
added toilet doors in hotel rooms.
added no go zone to everything

added backup teleporter for old cops spawn if new cop spawn was not accepted to overwrite old cop spawn.

the stairs were a bit buggy. There is a side panel but it the scaling is weird.
Now I covered it up as good as possible.

there was a door twice at a bedroom. fixed.
the shed is now a secret too.
