Added a requirement for Chemfuel Generators to have BiofuelAppliances researched, coz it kinda didn't make sense that could be unlocked without it. Ideally, I would have liked to remove the Eletricity requirement, so it unlocked earlier with just the BioFuelAppliances tech, but it kept glitching out when I tried that. Besides what would one even do with it without electricity?

Added Stonecutting requirement for Home and Hearth tech which I originally had implemented, but accidentally cut out and didn't notice XD
