Add spots to an original summer skin!

Additionally, I've made some skill enhancements for Spot: The bonus damage from Dimensional Strike provided by Armor Enhancement Plus has been increased from 10 to 30.

削弱保暖皮毛终极线给予的防御率.从60削弱到35
手工专精概率均降低5%

改动：
1、增加盾牌和烟雾弹的检查台词
2、盾牌增加被攻击后，不会脱手的特性
3、暗影线技能点效果改动。
修复bug：
1、盾牌充能结束后，保留了电击的buff，伤害没有变成51，而是76.5
2、装备盾牌，切换世界（上下洞穴）盾牌会消失
3、充能盾牌换世界后充能buff消失，伤害变为原来的51。

修复了偶然情况下做盾牌可能会导致游戏卡死的问题

不知道为什么反正就是更了两遍
