Fixing Missing Textures (I hope)

Fixed minor nav problem. Fixed tank getting stuck in door problem.

Intro camera broke with last update, this update fixes that problem.

Fixed floating trees.

Fixed minor errors.

Made exit door glow to reduce confusion about finale location.

Fixed rescue closets. Hopefully fixed the two train doors in use issue.

Fixed train graffiti to recieve bullets. Fixed minor issues.

Fixed a pole which wasn't solid. Fixed very minor nav issue.
