=Cloak shelved, meh item design since:
- enemy human AI won't ignore you, it'll run away until threatened then IgnoredByEnemyAI stops functioning entirely, you get killed/cuffed regardless
- player nick names can't be hidden
- I don't think it fits the game at all after testing : D
- low dopamine item

=Commando - spread decrease 45% -> 65%, now slows fire rate by 25%, damage bonus removed (use it as a trade off, not a free buff.), moved to Tier 2
=Bandolier - reduces spread 0% -> 25%, fire rate bonus on ranged weapons 25% -> 15%, now wearable on both outwear and bag slot
=Most containers in wrecks can contain a vintage weapon (1/1000, dunno if this chance even functions, shrug.)

=Psychoclown never managed to replace psychosis with the correct variant - function removed.
=Enlightener never managed to replace Husk infection when attacked with it/given by someone else - function clarified.
