=Adjusted spawns and difficulty for abandoned outposts

=SMG is now a medium item, doesn't fit in toolbelts
=Toy hammer+ and Clown Revolver function a bit better. (not the way we all want it to.)
=Rebalanced Revolver and it's ammo to be an early game weapon, not an all the way captain gun.
=Outpost enemies are now somewhat killable and balanced, I suppose, will give them talents later on the update road.
=SMG rebalanced once more.
=Curing presence only works if you have Husk Power
=Curing presence heals 0.1 bloodloss per second.
=Added stars to Extract poisoning Antidote.
=Added 'Serious' to the name of the extract poisonings
=Colored buffs to 'Robotics' talent
=Prisoner costume is now craftable.
='First Ritual' buffs colored correctly.
=All armors have higher stun resistance and almost immunity to getting Progressive stun.
=Mudraptor shell now also gets stun resistances
=Fanning talent removed, too complicated and not working well
=Abandoned outpost missions now have medics in case you didnt manage to finish off the enemy and bled out or something
(IT'S A LOOT BUG, POP IT!)
=3rd Assasination mission
=All Abandoned outpost missions have difficulty next to their name

=Rebalanced stun on the high resistance items
=Rebalanced SMG and Carbine and all SMG ammo types (higher fire rate for less damage, the middle ground has been found)
