Balance blaster: deals less damage, more charges in the power cell, less charges in the rechargable power cell, recharger charges faster.
Added free fulgorium per mission to Advanced Blasters
Added bonus of 10 electrical and 10 mechanical to Day Job talent.
Blaster Ammo can be purchased
Fixed talent descriptions.
Rearranged the talents a bit, moving Mr Fix-it to the Repair Man tree, and moving the first 2 talents down one, to give you a tree of 5, you now have to choose between Extra Effort (+25% max condition) and Resilient Repairs (Devices decay 25% slower) as the 3rd talent.
