Fixed the firing animation of Jade-Blooded Shugengan and switched the animation set back.

Updated for patch 5.1.3 and the outdated land_units_table db including the following changes:

- Jade-Blooded Shugengan had their animation set switched to Dragon-Blooded Shugengan to get them to fire again.
- Adds support for the Master Necromancer lord and Necromancer hero.
