*Restored DMR to correct spawns on maps (also added to Forge pallette on other maps)
*Restored all weapon, equipment and powerup spawns on all maps
*Fixed barrier issues on Powerhouse
*Fixed portal and map pop in issues on Powerhouse
*Fixed barrier issues on Skybridge
*Fixed power core explosion damage and effects on Lockout
*Removed unused ammo crates from all maps
