-Mook Workshop's 3 damage on hit is back. Also boosted its min roll so it has the same chance as BoD to proc.
-There's now a check for the user being Staggered before rerolling (I had forgotten) Should also be compatible with D. Rudolph now... if you somehow manage to give him the card in first place
