Just gave him a few general buffs

- Made some of his normals move him forward more

- Roulette spin hits more consistantly

- You can now act in between the air to ground situation

- Made most multi hits pull in so it can still be used when there is pushback

- color up and rev up are more quiet

Meter work and the whiff cancel does it now :)
