Updated the "No Foliage" range for Squatter's Rites to avoid random rocks / trees blocking the doorway lol...

Changed the name of the abandoned city to "Squatter's Rites", this should imply it's use lol... A future quest mod by me will probably elaborate on this area.

Updated description again to fix some spelling / grammar. Nothing changed yet.

Next update, I plan on potentially adding an NPC (or a map, at the very least) to help guide you in the right direction to Raft.
