-Fixed a couple rare bot pathfinding issues related to hull placement.
-Changed custom diving toolbelts to be as practical as possible. Now there's two toolbelts in the aft diving locker kitted for cave diving, and two in the fore diving locker kitted for wreck/ruins exploration.

- Nerfed bottom hull reinforcement. It's still reinforced, but not as much.
- Changed 1 waypoint at the front for bot safety.
