Modifies the behavior of Prepared Plan

(Hopefully) fixes dopamine not letting consecutive damage type changes

Hopestar's power now can target non-heroes

Focus's discard and draw is now preceeded by a yes no

Actually updates the dll file

Emotion Cards now don't require the damage to be dealt in order to not destroy the card.
Blinded by the Moment's initial damage is now dealt by Hopestar, not the card.

Fixed bug where Dopamine Chip let you change the damage type of everything

Fixes Blinded by the Moment not allowing you to skip dealing damage to secondary targets

(Hopefully) fixes the damage modification of various cards.

Adds setup image for hopestar. Changes emotion card damage ticks to start of turn and now hopestar deals said damage (to match the card).
