figured out how to make the slide lock back once the mag runs out of ammo

also decreased the damage of the pistol by another 4 for the sake of balance. this makes the pistol more of an in-between weapon from the revolver to the smg rather than a replacement for the smg altogether, though it still serves its purpose in higher difficulties
