- Update to B42

- The behaviour that you have to be uninfected for at least 1 minute for the mod to work has been fixed. (Default setting of canHeal is now true)

Hopefully fixed bug with craft helper continued.
Removed "Cure Ball" <- maybe the root of the Problem (was like a trophy when you got cured)
