Temporarily disabling the Jedi Amalgamation spec, due to a bug discovered by Stukov: it would add a non-functional Jedi primary spec if the Jedi mod wasn't loaded. If you DO have the Jedi mod, it can be re-enabled by uncommenting the Jedi settings at the bottom of XComAmalgamation.ini
