  • Fixed a problem that was preventing the base PsiOps icon from loading
  • Added the Proficiency Irregular classes
  • Set the run priority to load late (as long as Highlander is loaded)

Switched the proficiency Combat Engineer icon to a (hidden) color version from the original mod. A recolor is available as an option.
