Bugfix
- Restored missing Immortality and Mentor skills to War Cultists when recruited by certain factions
- Fixed Brass Cultist's movement bonus skill when recruited by certain factions
- Deathbell Cultists recruited by certain factions can now only improve movement, as intended

- Fixed the agent skills of Cultist of Brass when recruited by Warriors of Chaos to properly match that faction.
