Support for Skulltaker and Arbaal the Undefeated.
Updated all versions of Khorne Cultists to include the new customization skills included in patch 6.0, including gender-swapped flavor text for the Cultists of Brass.
Replaced Khorne-specific customization skills for Norsca, added flavorful Norscan versions
Added a few missing modded factions (thanks 𓆚 standardheadache 𓆚)

Fixes

Cultist of Brass gains the standard 35% spell resistance that was added at some point for Khorne cultists
Cult Oracle is now correctly unable to create cults for The Changeling (the Changeling creates his cults with Trickster cultists, war, and other methods)
