forgot to add a check for multiplayer to apply button

massive update far too much to cover in here

redid most of the code
added most components still need to add a few
more settings
and much more

fallback prob wouldint work because i never set the update value back to false now its set to false every time

no longer has a heart attack if you hit the apply button in singleplayer
