v2 :
- when you reach 95% infection a dice roll occurs
- for every infected body part, you get a 2% heal chance
- if every infected body part hits this 2% chance, first of all you're lucky and i hate you, but what's more important is that YOU ARE SAVED
- infection will slowly go away and your character will lose the infection related moodles
- infection level decreases by 0.05 every in-game minute
