Adds events to change from the Katzenartig Imperium to the Großkatzenartig Imperium, and again to the Galaktisches Katzimperium as you grow bigger.
Adds the Kaiser Moon recall, a decision on Flusion for 50 influence that can teleport the moon back to Jublio from wherever it is.
Squashes even MORE BUGZ that I managed to miss like a genius.
Kaiserism traditions now provide +1 leader cap per tradition.
