Removed the better stacks and stockpiles. You can use Jaggid's mod to increase resource stacks.
More error corrections.
Moved room decorations into a seperate Mod
Toned down the damage of atomic turrets and tactical nukes.
Added a new shrieker only available in Saltu
Modified Lyria's "Afraid" debuff to be a random event.
