Major update/overhaul

Added a Cyberpunk scenario and a new moon.
Added a new resource, nuclear waste. Nuclear waste will allow the construction of advanced weaponry, turrets and structures, and create nuclear batteries.

Changed Cyberpunk armors: The armor now has a 25% chance to appear on any map anmd changed resource requirements.

Atomic weaponry has 25% chance to appear on any map

Powered carbon armor has a 75% chance to appear on any map.

Added a repeatable expedition to rescue other survivors. Note, the survivors that you can rescue will ONLY be Cyberpunks.

Added a new Cyberpunk, Leo Genesis. He is a nuclear phycisist.

Fixed the issue with the SciFi bed, now works like default beds (There is another bug where is says X survivors need beds, but the beds still work correctly).

Added a Tesla Spire to attract lightning strikes and covers a greater area.

Changed the graphics for the advanced battery, renamed it.

Changed the graphics for the freezer and cold storage.

Added research for a storage warehouse.
SciFi Bed (NOTE, there is a bug where the bed does not recognize indoors or comfort buff)

Streamlined the increase in resource stack sizes. Removed the resource override and added scripting to handle them.
