Update

- Fixed some crashes around TMPH and possibly some with Retain.
- Removed the softlock with Velvet choker
- Fixed Deja vu generating extra copies of cards

QOL
- No longer asks for you to retain cards if you are retaining your whole hand
- By popular demand - Eurobeat now plays if your Speed is 3 or more.
- Speedometer needle should jiggle correctly

- Fixed MPH and Fierce to damage and display appropriately.

Balance Changes

- Dangerous Game damage 12 -> 14, Base cost 3 -> 2
- Fierce vulnerable damage increase 1 -> 2.
