v1.2 - Oops i guess there WAS a crash

=AESTHETIC=
-Added these patches to the Munophone (forgor)

=BALANCE=
-DTilt angle changed from 75 to 50

=FIXES=
-Respawn platform no longer appears before Bully is visible
-Moved some stuff from CSS Draw to CSS Update (hopefully should work better online?)
-(hopefully) fixed an online crash involving get_color_profile_slot

v1.1 - Small Aesthetic Fixes bc i forgor

-Munophone fixed to not call Bully Sandbert (this is new lore that Bully bullied Sandbert and stole his phone)
