Fixed tables not resetting upon c4 exploding, fixed tables resetting when respawning and not being able to explode existing c4s.

Made it so the c4 faces you when it hits the ground on a flat surface.
Sprinting animation stops when you stop moving.
c4_infinite convar fixed (0 = infinite, 1 = finite).
C4s that exist after you died now explode if another c4 explodes near it.
