Fixed 10-GO mini sub batteries not charging

**Fixed Super Capacitor recharge on mini sub

Sorry had to update some waypoints for mini sub

Big update on this, Added, 1 Fragmentation Torpedo and 1 Nuclear Torpedo, alot of visual changes, swapped and upgraded the mini sub, reworked the docking bay, increased radar range, .50cal Turret covers, added more storage, top dock locking door, ship badging, fixed the shower, docking bay lights on/off switch. let me know in the comments what you think of the changes.
