preview pic wrong aaaaaaaaaaaaah

- replaced old file paths (pre modding rework) with new ones (after modding rework) (with old file paths it does not work on dedicated server)(also causes other problems sometimes)
- fixed gattlinglaser not being sold (caused by change in how merchants are handled)
- added translation file(translation submissions open)
- added balance feature: now gattling laser can only bhe hold in your hand and on your bag slot (as it was requested in comments of previous version)
