+ Added a clean version of Manik's tiles

+ Created an alternative variation of vanilla tiles + grime

+ Updated grime overlays for better gradients on building exteriors, also cleaned up a number of Manik's Tiles such as floor tiles which had minor gaps and updated the look of some tiles including posters.

+ Removed all tile definitions, they were causing issues and weren't needed. This should eliminate issues where incorrect sounds were playing.

+Removed ground trash textures so that other mods may use them.

+Reduced some intensity of rusted color on shelving.

+Weathered additional objects like roadsigns as well as a few remaining windows and garages.

5/7/2023 - Cleaned up sloppy texture on a trashed wall poster
