No longer crash on start up, 4.2.1 add a new unit set that has the same name as the modded one (ooof, took me a long time to figure out the problem).

Change effect scope of alchemist, the potion effect is applied to whole army.
This means u can no longer have 1 to supplied everyone lord and hero in the region, however its now stronger when emb in army
