// CHAOS VERSION 2:

Overall nerf to UA and Chosen. Still plays the same way but not quite so strongly.

- UA now reduces experience to next promotion by 33%, rather than 50%.
- Wrote a custom promotion for the Chosen - increasing experience earned by 33% - to replace Quick Study, which increased it by 50%.
