  • D-Day OOB has been given to the U.S instead of France (French AI is too stupid to utilize it effectively)
  • GER no longer gets heavy attack de-buffs upon the start of D-Day
  • Tweaked some AI decisions for PRC
  • X-Force event only occurs after taking the necessary National Focus (X-Y-Z)
  • "Eastern Front" penalties have been reduced significantly

  • Temporary de-buff idea for SOV upon the start of Operation Barbarossa
  • CHI now gets the "War Of Resistance" idea which offers some bonuses for the entire duration of the war
