-Added Ramblin' Claude--a vendor NPC that offers a few quests that increase his ability to sell. Claude is only temporary, as a holdover for future NPC content because it is taking so long to make the NPCs.
-Fixed weather issues.
-Added Drill to construction spawntables.
-Fixed some more terrain issues.
-HOPEFULLY fixed teleporter issues on multiplayer.

-Finally learned how to bundle objects, so the teleporter no longer uses the NPC buttons, but actual controllers!
-Added culling volumes to hopefully decrease lag, especially for caves.
-Adjusted weather again due to it's preveance to rain.

-Adjusted spawn rates for vehicles, zombies, and zombie loot drops. Zombies now have a lesser chance of item drops, but can drop 2 items.
-Fixed ridiculous rain constantly occuring.
-Made sandstorms more common.
-Fixed Ireland civilian vehicles. Turns out the whole time Scouts and Coopers didn't even spawn!
-Adjusted item spawn rate.
-Fixed floating assets in Calico City.
