- fixed a woopsie with lord recruitment categories
- fixed another older woopsie that the seaguard ROR wouldn't be affected by fleet red line skills (incl. the Mathlann spearmen ROR as a flavourful guest)

- added a fix to Teclis's faction effect (mage people ranks) to affect replacement lords and hordes.
