City of the Dead Redux L4D2 Changelog: Version 1.1 Hotfix

Map 1:
- Attempted to fix issue where CI would spawn out of thin air (Please report if this is still happening)
- Improved NAV for bots around weapons somewhat (If you still have issues with this please take a screenshot and share where it happens)

Map 2:
- No changes

Map 3:
- Fixed an issue where the fire in the restaurant would not damage the player

Map 4:
- Fixed an issue where the collision for the helicopter wouldn't enable until the animation was fully complete

Misc:
- Updated link in the VPK to the Workshop link
