Added /ping and /duel commands. Only works on 1080p,

PLANS:
1. Merge all resolutions in 1 e2.
2. Add same commands in the 1 e2
3. Use egpW(owner()) and egpH(owner()) to set pvp scoreboard position
4. Possibility on removing keystrokes (Probably not but we'll see)
